Job Description

We are seeking for Branch Manager for one of our client in BC.

  • Lead the team in employing effective selling techniques to foster sales growth through
  • proactive customer engagement and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and billing processes by managing direct shipments from suppliers to customers.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through continuous assessment and adjustment,
  • ensuring availability while minimizing excess stock.
  • Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts among staff, vendors, and customers, fostering positive relationships and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
  • Manage staffing levels to meet operational requirements, optimizing team efficiency and performance.
  • Stay abreast of company products and services, providing comprehensive training to staff to ensure expertise and proficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and supplier accounts, enhancing partnerships and driving mutual success.
  • Provide support and guidance to Inside Sales Representatives and Material Handlers, facilitating their training and development as required.
  • Prepare and generate reports as necessary to provide insights into branch performance and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Possess a College Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate 5-8 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a
  • minimum of 3 years in a managerial role with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Showcase a track record of successful business development initiatives and strategies.
  • Preferably have mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading ability.
  • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess solid mathematical abilities with a keen eye for analysis.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate proven leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead the team
  • towards achieving objectives.
  • Technical Product Understanding: Capable of understanding and conveying technical
  • product details to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Be self-motivated with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Have a results-driven mindset, striving for excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
