Job Description: Plumbing Sales Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plumbing Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our plumbing products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of the plumbing industry.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the plumbing industry or related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of plumbing products, services, and market dynamics.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
