CFA Cabinetry is an in-stock kitchen cabinet manufacturer. We have been in business for over 10 years and continue to grow. With internal promotion, we are looking for the replacement of Sales Manager to oversee the amazing growth we hope to achieve for our four warehouses in Phoenix, Chicago, Dallas and Riverside, CA.
Ideal candidate is a go getter and needs to have a solid track record of success in sales.
- Connect with all the cabinet dealers, contractors, builders, flippers, and multi-family customers.
- You will be making sales calls to these potential customers and contacting them in person.
- Build relationship and reputation with our customers.
- Generate leads
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
Qualified candidate should have:
- 3 + years of experience in in-stock cabinetry
- Existing industry contacts or book business highly desired
- Strong sales skills set, self-directed sales focus, desire to win in marketplace
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), customer service and organizational skills
- Has experience developing new accounts.
