Job Details:
As a Branch Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of our facility management operations. Your primary focus will be driving exceptional internal and external customer experiences and fostering the development of our people.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize service delivery to meet or exceed customer expectations in a 24/7 environment.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement essential business plans.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster strong client relations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account management team to deliver outstanding results.
Oversee branch functions including payroll and billing.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, making strategic recommendations for improvement.
Partner with the business development team to expand market presence.
Foster positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
3 plus years of leadership experience managing a high performing client facing team.
Facility management or related service industry experience highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in budget management including P&L reviews.
Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 business operating model.
Strong communication skills.

Salary Expectations - $100,000 - $120,000 Annually
