Job Description

Flex-Pression Ltd., expert in flexible piping systems since 1973, custom manufactures flexible corrugated hoses, stainless steel braids, metal hose assemblies and expansion joints. Our products meet all the requirements of the gas, pulp and paper, iron and steel markets and many more. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the incumbent will provide customer service to the company and provide support to the entire sales team.

  • Receive communications from clients, process and track them
  • Respond to customer calls (by phone or email)
  • Order entry
  • Track orders and quotations on a daily basis and ensure delivery dates are respected
  • Respond to different calls concerning administrative problems
  • Prepare return authorisations
  • Provide administrative support to the inside and outside sales team
  • Soliciting potential customers who have been referred to the company
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Representatives to achieve the sales objectives of the company; as well as with the purchasing department regarding the different procedures to be followed

Here is what we are looking for from the candidate :

  • Perfect bilingualism (French and English)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Computer skills(Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to express ideas clearly orally and in writing
  • Be professional and organised
  • Have a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Have a professional, college or university degree (an asset)

What Flex-Pression offers :

  • Permanent full-time job (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)
