Are you a driven sales professional with experience in the mining industry? Join us and play a vital role in expanding our footprint across British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon. We’re seeking a hunter who can build lasting client relationships and take our business to the next level in the Mining sector.

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive Base Salary of $90,000 plus "Uncapped" commission on sales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Account Development: Identify, engage, and grow relationships with new mining clients, building a strong presence in BC, Alberta, and Yukon.
  • On-the-Ground Sales: Travel frequently to mine sites, develop business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Project-Based Sales: Focus on solutions selling.
  • Client Proposals: Conduct on-site evaluations, provide solution options, and deliver proposals that align with client needs.
  • Field Support Collaboration: Partner with our support staff and engineering team to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.

What you need:

  • Sales Experience in Mining: At least 3 years of recent sales experience selling into mining companies, with a well-established network of industry contacts.
  • Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated to develop new accounts and increase sales volume, with proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mining operations and de-watering solutions is essential.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop trust with clients and become a reliable go-to resource.
  • Flexibility and Commitment: Willingness to spend significant time on the road (up to 75%) and engage in fieldwork.
