Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Fire service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection, system design, and construction inspection, sales and customer service with the ability to assess and implement effective fire protection measures. Must have Fire Protection experience.
Oversee Service Accounts and Customer Relations to include but not limited to;
- Oversight and performing service scope of work sales.
- Booking and documenting of service sales.
- Main POC for service customers and assets.
- Customer Service and Experience.
- Suggest pricing trends based on market strategy and demand.
- Contract review and negotiation for service contracts.
- Implementation, communication and information sharing of customer portals/overlays to report service work for billing and or compliance.
- Sales of NEW BUSINESS recurring services.
- Timely proposal of deficiencies.
- Accurate and profitable estimating of service jobs.
- Assisting Ops manager with Change Orders to contracts.
- Contract compliance before, during and after the job.
- Service account retention.
- Suggestions for retention.
- Managing and executing cancellation of services and service assets.
- Suggest, assist in oversight and collaborate with Sales VP to ensure general success in service sales.
- Assist AR in leverage to collect monies owed.
- Uploading and maintaining ST data.
- Develop and implement training.
- Oversee Safety within department.
Pay:
$70k to $80k based on experince
Monday through Friday
