Duties:
- New homes and highlight key features to potential buyers
- Provide information on pricing, availability, and financing options
- Assist clients in selecting the right home that meets their needs
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure a seamless buying experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate administrative processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
