Junior Sales Consultant - TierOne Marketing

TierOne Marketing is a leading sales and direct marketing company. We specialize in face-to-face customer acquisitions, leadership and coaching, with a major focus on cable and the telecom industry, representing one of Canada’s most well known telecommunication brands.

We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial-minded and energetic people to help us grow our sales team in Newfoundland.

We are hiring full-time Junior Sales Consultants for our new sales team.

These are IN-PERSON positions, not remote.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily team gatherings and workshops.
  • Engage in face-to-face interactions with new customers.
  • Building and managing client relationships.
  • Delivering persuasive sales presentations.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Process new orders for internet, cable, cell phone, and home security plans.

Requirements

  • Successfully clear a standard background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Eligible for full-time employment in Canada.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Possess an open-minded attitude and a keen eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturdays 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,678.00-$50,681.00 per year

  • French not required

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
