Business Development/Inside Sales Representative - Immediate-Full Time -Permanent. $55,000 - $60,000 per annum + Commission
Link Product Solutions Limited is one of Canada's fastest growing and leading suppliers of Seasonal, Stationery and General Merchandise products to independent and major retailers in North America, the Caribbean, Central, and South America. Located in Vaughan, Ont. we operate in a 150,000 sq. ft Office, Distribution and Showroom facility with offsite satellite warehouses to service our retailers' efficiently.
As a Business Development & Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth specifically in North America. You will be responsible for cold calling, reaching out to potential/existing customers, building relationships and closing deals. Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Job Description
· Business development/Inside Sales Representative in the North American markets; create new leads using various resources including trade show leads, call prospecting, cold calling and web-based database
· Qualify all leads for potential business opportunities through telephone sales
· Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers through daily contacts
· Preparation of quotes for potential and existing customers
· Maintaining accounts for all assigned regions
· Attend Trade Shows – Domestic and International trade shows 2 times per year including assisting with the set-up of booth
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years in a B2B sales driven and business development environment
- Cold Calling
- Valid Passport, Canadian driver’s license and vehicle
- Willing to travel – 2 times per year - 1 week at a time
- Advanced level proficiency in Excel, microsoft outlook, Word
- Advanced sales, interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent English communication - oral and written skills
- Innovative, analytical and strategic problem solver; ability to gather details and analyze for decision making to resolve problems in a timely matter with a focus on a high level of customer service and recognition of business objectives
- Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
- Time management and organizational skills to manage priorities and workflow
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Flexible to work some evenings & weekends at trade shows - 2 times annually
