Job Description
The Cure Company Cannabis is seeking a highly who can lead a team, drive sales and achieve targets through effective promotion and distribution of the brand.
This position will be responsible for organizing, leading and developing our expanding sales, packaging and distribution teams.
- Responsible for meeting territory sales and profitability goals.
- Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business and department needs
- Develop and manage KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales team efforts Manage forecasting projects and deal analysis
- Stay informed about market dynamics, industry trends, regulatory changes, and service/channel needs to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
- Simplify and present complex concepts to various teams to ensure understanding and alignment.
- Mentor each team member.
Documented sales and leadership experience
Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
At least 5 years experience in Sales / Distribution Manageement
Distribution experience in Cannabis a major plus
This is a senior position within the company, compensation, including salary and commission is negotiable depending on experience.
