About Us: We are a premier tax planning strategy firm dedicated to helping clients reduce their tax liabilities and build wealth through innovative financial solutions. We are seeking an experienced Tax Strategy Sales Consultant to support our team and take on a pivotal role in our client engagement process.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound: Conduct sales calls with prospects who booked a call interested in lowering their tax liabilities and offer a complimentary preliminary tax plan.
  • Present preliminary tax plans to prospective clients, outlining potential savings and onboarding them for a comprehensive tax strategy.
  • Present full tax plan analyses to clients, discussing strategies to lower their tax liabilities and enhance their wealth through investments such as Indexed Universal Life Insurance (IULs), Defined Benefit Plans, ARPs, Solar, 401(k)s, and more.
  • Enroll clients in specific strategies that align with their financial goals.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or tax strategy.
  • Proven expertise in tax strategies and financial planning.
  • Licensed to provide life insurance in the state of California.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting the owner’s vision.

Pay:
Starting Salary $75,000/annually PLUS commission on implemented tax smart strategies such as IUL's, Defined Benefit Plans, etc.

The average Tax Sales Consultant on our team earns on average $250,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
