Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to internet sales inquiries and leads promptly and professionally
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and follow up with potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize inventory control software to manage and update product availability
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Proficient in software applications related to internet sales and customer management
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in an internet sales or retail environment
- Excellent math skills for inventory control and sales calculations
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Pay: $50,169.34 - $60,419.00 per year
