As a Relationship Manager, you'll play a vital role in our Client Care department, serving as the right-hand partner to our external sales representatives. You'll leverage your strong communication and organizational skills to ensure our sales reps have the support they need to cultivate strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and achieve their targets.
Roles and Responsibility:
Daily and Weekly Action Planning:
- Collaborate with assigned sales reps to establish daily and weekly action plans aligned with team goals.
- Maintain clear communication regarding customer needs, concerns, and opportunities.
- Track progress on quotes, contracts, and orders.
- Proactively identify customer needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Monitor customer trends and reports to identify areas for improvement.
Account Management and Growth:
- Partner with sales reps to manage assigned accounts, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within Salesforce, our CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with key customer contacts.
Contract Administration:
- Utilize Infor, our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, to generate accurate and timely quotes for consumables and equipment.
- Support the development and implementation of blanket order agreements and service contracts.
- Collaborate on Return on Investment (ROI) calculations for customer presentations.
- Work with sales reps on forecasting sales for consumables and equipment.
Customer Success:
- Conduct quarterly customer reviews to evaluate performance, identify challenges, and discuss future opportunities.
- Proactively monitor customer order patterns, equipment satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop strategies to address customer concerns and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Nobelus products and services.
- Utilize Power BI to generate reports to inform customer discussions and identify sales opportunities.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay: $70-75K / Year plus this role comes with a commission structure

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably Infor.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI or similar software (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) – preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrable ability to work independently and find solutions to technical issues.
- A passion for building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
