Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, with a focus on driving business development and account management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to negotiate effectively while fostering relationships with clients. The IT Account Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting our technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The salary range listed is for someone who solely can manage the accounts we have in-house. The salary range does not have a limit when you consider the ability to earn commissions, we do not put a ceiling on the amount of commissions you can earn.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling. We have grown considerably and we need a strong Account Manager to join our team to really take control of their book of business and help drive tasks to completion internally, work with our project manager to get new projects off the ground.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in technology sales.
- Engage in warm calling and establish connections with potential clients to generate leads.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our technology solutions to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.
- Lead initiatives for business development, identifying new markets and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques and closing strategies.
- Experience in warm calling and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong account management skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
