Position Summary:
We are searching for a motivated Regional Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM) who is looking to join our team. Oversees all components of the Sales and Marketing programs for the communities assigned. This position will be responsible for helping to grow census in assigned region as well as help communities adhere to our core values, sales & marketing best practices, and company policies and procedures. Ability to lead others and provide ongoing support to meet and grow the company’s occupancy goals. Promotes the company’s mission and philosophy. This position will require regular travel to assigned communities.
Travel to the following states:
Regular travel to assigned region in Illinois & Wisconsin. Travel to other regions on occasion
Work Experience Qualifications
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks is a must.
- Senior living (or related field) and sales background required.
Educational Qualifications
- A High school diploma or equivalent
