Customer Marketing Campaign Manager
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives focused on driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. This is a contractor position for a duration of 6 months with the possibility of full-time hire; although, full-time employment is not guaranteed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing revenue-generating customer marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on leveraging data-driven insights and personalized messaging to maximize customer lifetime value.
This is a remote position.
Customer Marketing Campaign Manager Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated customer marketing campaigns aimed at driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities to existing customers, ultimately contributing to revenue growth goals.
Utilize marketing automation platforms such as Pardot to build, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels including email, webinars, and social media.
Leverage data-driven insights and tools like 6sense to identify and prioritize target accounts, personalize messaging, and optimize campaign performance.
Plan and execute webinars and virtual events using platforms like ON24, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing attendee engagement.
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Marketing teams to align campaign objectives, messaging, and content with business goals and customer needs.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to inform continuous improvement and optimization efforts.
Customer Marketing Campaign Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, campaign management, and revenue generation.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, particularly Pardot, with hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics, including account selection, personalized messaging, and cross-channel orchestration.
Proven experience in planning and executing webinars and virtual events using platforms like ON24, from content development to promotion and follow-up.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $50-$55/hr. (DOE)Benefits
