- Customer Engagement: Walk clients through the building process, timelines, and any potential obstacles, ensuring they feel supported at every stage of their journey with Gastineau Log Homes.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Industry Leader: Be part of a brand with over 45 years of leadership in the log home industry, a recognized name trusted by customers nationwide.
- Earn Uncapped Commissions: Take advantage of a compensation structure that rewards high performance with uncapped earning potential.
- Growth Potential: Enjoy opportunities for professional growth within a respected company that values both client and employee satisfaction.
- Flexibility: After an initial training period, there’s flexibility to work remotely one to two days per week.
- Impactful Role: Shape the sales department, drive growth, and play a meaningful role in fulfilling client dreams and building the company’s future.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years of sales experience, ideally within a long-term sales cycle environment such as real estate or construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role.
