Job Summary
The Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can manage various operational aspects while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, customer service, and account management, with the ability to lead teams towards achieving organizational goals.

Duties

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor teams across various departments, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee technology sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Enhance customer service processes to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive outside sales efforts and technical sales initiatives.
  • Manage account relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery and responsiveness.
  • Conduct regular assessments of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Wadsworth, OH 44281: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wadsworth, OH 44281
