Salary: $50000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve corporate goals and initiatives.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement sales strategies to surpass targets and expand customer base.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, offering solutions for improvement where necessary.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline operations and enhance sales outcomes.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Allstate experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets through team motivation and guidance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Decision Making: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills underpinned by analytical thinking.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead a growing team.
  • Local Presence: Availability to work on-site in Naples, Florida, including visiting clients as needed.
