Harley Exteriors is expanding its territory. Harley Exteriors currently offers products in Washington State and is expanding into the Oregon Market. Our intent is to expand our model, our culture, and continue to help home owners with their home improvement needs while protecting their home. This job will be located in Oregon.

We are seek a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager/Operations Manager to oversee our sales division, help oversee marketing operations, and production operations. This job is going to be available in the Oregon Market. Relocation will be required if currently not living in Oregon. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, effectively managing sales teams, and able to drive our company culture.

Responsibilities:

Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Help oversee marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.

Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the home improvement industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in CRM software

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
