Drake International's client, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a dynamic Bilingual Sales Account Manager to shape their team in Ottawa. Manage and expand existing accounts, drive new business development, and be a driving force in a growth-oriented organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Sales Account Manager - Territory Development Specialist

Location: Ottawa, Ontario [Branch Office]

Assigned Territory: Montreal

Salary Range: $80,000 to $140,000 per year + Commissions & Bonus

What You Do:
  • Strategic Planning: Spend 20% of your time on in-house planning to optimize your sales strategy.
  • In-Person Sales: Devote 80% of your time to building relationships and driving business growth in Montreal and surrounding areas.
  • Steer Territory Success: Manage and grow existing accounts, identify, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Navigate Customer Engagement: Conduct bi-annual on-site consultations to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate for Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the sales support team for exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Who You Are:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both English and French (verbal and written).
  • Sales Maverick: Good to have at least 2 years of outside sales experience or a passion for sales. Comprehensive training provided.
  • Drive for Success: Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a strong driving record.
  • Communication Pro: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ready to Roll: Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays in Montreal (3 days/week).
