The Opportunity


Sales Management Trainees will work with multiple department leaders to understand and learn the day-to-day operations of our business in preparation for stepping into a department sales manager role with a track to a General Manager position in a future expansion market. Our ideal candidate will have a track record of team leadership, excellent critical thinking skills, and an adaptable mindset.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 annual salary with significant growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Prior B2C sales management experience required
  • Willingness to relocate to up to 5 metro areas of your choosing within a year of hire
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law


Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday with occasional on-call rotations. Additionally, Sales Management Trainees may also be required to answer calls/texts/emails from their teams outside of standard business hours.
