Required Experience :-
4 Years as Ecommerce Account Manager
4 Years in Amazon Seller product listing management
4 Years Price point calculations, P/L management
Responsibilities
You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue
Manage/Oversee PO orders on various E commerce channels (the company will assign platforms to you)
Manage and optimize all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including inventory, pricing, and promotions
Analyse sales data and draw a trend to optimize performance and increase sales
Coordinate marketing teams to enhance user experience and align with the brand's unique identity
Monitor and improve order fulfillment processes to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Handle and resolve customer issues related to online purchases in a timely and effective manner
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Create sales material to present to customers
weekly and monthly reports to upper managerment/supervisor on account health, provide KPI reports
Answering and maintaining various sales channel of customer orders, inquiries, FAQ
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,261.00 - $85,000.00 per year
