What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute account plans for both new and existing clients, targeting growth opportunities
- Drive end-to-end opportunity management from pipeline development to contract negotiations and program onboarding
- Collaborate with manufacturing, program management, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment
- Conduct market analysis to identify key targets aligned with our value propositions
- Manage customer relationships, facilitate Business Reviews, and handle escalations at the executive level
- Prepare long-term account plans, budgets, and forecasts; monitor progress to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain CRM data and manage reporting systems accurately for effective sales tracking
- 7+ years of successful account management in B2B, ideally in medical device/diagnostics manufacturing
- Degree in a technical field (B.Sc./M.Sc. preferred)
- Deep understanding of the contract manufacturing market for medical devices, regulatory standards, and the full production cycle from tool making to assembly
- Proven ability to create compelling business proposals, manage negotiations, and drive new business results
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret P&L and other performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading complex discussions with high-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated team player, comfortable in a multicultural setting, with strong computer skills (CRM, MS Office)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
