Job Description
SALES ENGINEER
- Manage the Request for Quote (RFQ) pipeline to include timely responses on all RFQs, upkeep of the quote log and ensuring record keeping is done properly.
- Reviews all customer contracts including purchase orders, supplier manuals, terms and conditions and customer specific requirements.
- Assists in-house sales associates, as well as technical sales representatives on any needs they may have, such as providing supporting documentation, assisting in plant visits, and coordinating meetings.
- Oversees customer supplier portals and ensures that all requirements are being fulfilled.
- Supervises customer scorecards and ensures that we are meeting or exceeding customer requirements.
- Coordinates customer concerns with Seaway multi-functional team.
