The Position of Account Manager
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Account Manager:
Develops and provides ongoing support of established and potential accounts
Specific Responsibilities and Expectations include:

Annually develop a 12 month sales budget in total and by account.
- Monthly submit a 3 month sales forecast that reflects the most current outlook
- Develop and execute annual sales plan that will ensure achieving annual sales budget

Work with assigned customers to develop preferred relations that enable you to secure a majority of their electrical spend, > than 50%
- Secure a minimum of 15% of total sales in non-Rockwell and Hoffman product
- Engage Revere accepted suppliers for training, sales support, joint sales calls, business planning and other activities that support your overall sales efforts
- Participate in company, supplier and customer events that occur throughout the year
- Maintain an active list of new customers, projects and other initiative focused pursuits
- Negotiate supplier cost side agreements that achieve established margin and manage renewal process for customer specific agreements

Submit all required reports, accurately, completely and in the required time:
- Review Quotes, Orders, Sales MTD reports sent daily
- Review Open Order and A/R report sent weekly
- Review Dashboards and Report Cards sent monthly
- Submit monthly management alert
- Log projects and activities in CRM tool and submit monthly reports
- Maintain customer database in CRM tool
- Monthly sales report, reflecting current activities, issues and opportunities
- Participate in monthly sales meetings and periodic sales reviews with management
- Engage Product Specialists in support of associated product
- Participate in available training and maintain sufficient product knowledge
- Respond to and support Revere Internal Departments in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in resolving open issues related to customers' accounts receivable balance
