Contract Negotiation Wizard: Support our sales teams in sealing the best deals.

Analyze & Optimize: Dive deep into metrics and turn insights into action.
Elevate CRM Excellence: Optimize our CRM systems for ultimate efficiency.
Lead The Team: Coach, manage, and mentor our sales team to elevate them to the next level.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Find smarter ways to work and boost productivity.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years experience in sales operations in Healthcare/Pharma/Med Device
Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for CRM systems.
Proactive, strategic thinker ready to make a big impact.

Pay: $94,113.00 - $108,227.00 per year
