Job Description
A highly accredited Full-Service Equipment and Parts Distribution company is looking for a exceptional Service& Sale Support Specialist to assist customers in-person or via phone with parts order/shipment inquiries. This position is responsible for customer relations and support of the sales, parts, and service functions, including customer communications, sales staff support, parts and product order completion, and lead management.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Salesperson or Customer Service- related field
- Knowledge in the Service Tech field
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Generate leads and actively seek out new potential customers through various channels
- Handle Administrative Assistant duties in the office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00-26.00 per hour depending on experience.
