We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tequila Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach.

Position Overview:

As a Tequila Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for landing new accounts, conducting tastings, and managing existing relationships. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and ensuring that our tequila is the preferred choice for consumers and businesses alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Account Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and other relevant venues. Develop and implement strategies to secure new accounts and expand our market presence.

- Tastings and Events: Organize and conduct engaging tastings and promotional events to showcase our tequila. Educate potential customers about our products and create memorable experiences that highlight the unique qualities of our brand.

- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service, address any concerns, and ensure consistent order fulfillment and satisfaction.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide regular reports to management and suggest improvements to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beverage or alcohol industry. Experience in spirits sales is a significant plus.

- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver compelling presentations.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of tequila and the spirits industry. Ability to convey technical details and tasting notes effectively.

- Motivation: Self-driven with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- **Flexibility:** Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for tastings and events. Ability to travel within the designated territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
