Job Description

Ventura Growth is seeking a Programmatic Associate to join our growing client services team! The role will be a key team member reporting to our Director of Account Management. In this role, you will provide administrative support and help support development across the trading and account management teams with better processes and client education. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work closely in a startup environment with a growing client services team, helping design best-in-class business solutions.

  • You work well with all team members and can be a liaison between the company and our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
  • You are detail-oriented, have an incredible sense of organization, and can be proactive and not reactive as you develop your position


WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Support the Client Services Team in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing books of business.
  • Work directly with the account management team in tasks including, but not limited to: coordinating meetings, project managing, assisting with answering ad hoc questions, support tickets, and creating business review PowerPoint decks.
  • Work directly with the trading team in tasks including, but not limited to: setting up campaigns in the The Trade Desk platform, pacing live campaigns, pulling & analyzing advanced reporting, forecasting, and creative trafficking.
  • Internal coordination and cross-functional projects with sales, business ops, and data & operations teams, such as customer handoffs and ad hoc reporting and data visualization needs
  • Manage and upkeep client records in Salesforce

Please note this role is only open to candidates in the Denver, CO area. This role is hybrid, and will work from our downtown Denver office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible for the following benefits:
