Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Provide information on pricing, financing options, and warranties
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Upsell additional products or services
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries and sales processes efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus to cater to a diverse customer base
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Basic math skills for pricing and financing calculations
- Knowledge of sales management principles
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals
- Experience in outside sales or customer service roles is beneficial
- Proficiency in public speaking to engage customers effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
