Grower Direct Supply is a leading horticulture containers supplier in North America, with manufacturing plant in USA, Vietnam, and China
Due to the demand of continued success in our growing US market, we are now seeking a driven, details oriented, and experienced account executive to fulfill the role of new business Regional Sales Rep
Responsibility:
- Identify potential growers customers and distributors in your territory, and make cold calls and send introduction emails
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Report on regional sales results
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annually sales objective on assigned product lines
Qualifications:
- 1 years of business to business sales experience, greenhouse/Nursery supply experiences preferred
- excellent organizational skills
- excellent time management skills
- high energy team player and competitor
- high proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and other CRM tools
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to quickly build relationships with customers
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
