Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate luxury vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our luxury vehicles.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements for customers and the dealership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our luxury vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership's success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury car sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for luxury cars, including their features, specifications, and market trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
