Duties

Conduct inside and direct sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations.
Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on achieving sales targets.
Utilize technology tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse client base.

Experience

Proven experience in customer service.
Familiarity with territory sales strategies and technology sales is preferred.
Previous experience in inside sales or direct sales roles is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
A proactive approach to managing accounts and driving sales growth.
