Sales Director – Multi-family Roofing

Dallas TX

$130k - $150k

Build and grow the multi-family division as your own business within a business!

Hire, mentor, and lead your own team of sales hunters. And expand across Texas and beyond with no limits to how far you can take it.

You will have an uncapped earning potential with some of the top sales people in the company earning $300k - $400k!

Key Requirements

  • You must have a network of connections in the multi-family sector (Property Managers, Capital Firms etc)
  • Tenacious sales hunter attitude with the ability to win immediate business
  • Business acumen and a strong leader of sales teams

Your Role

The multi-family division currently generates $6m but they want to grow this to $25m in the next year and then to $50m.

Your objective is to head up the division and build it out across Texas. In the first 90 days you will be selling and winning business. Then you will begin to hire, train, and manage your own sales team.

You will work directly with the Operations Director who has all crews set up to start working immediately. Projects you will be targeting are commercial multi-family apartments valued from $300k - $7m. All shingle re-roofing works.

Established in 2015 the company provide multi-family, commercial and residential roof replacement and repairs.

In 5 years, they became the number 1 residential roofing contractor in Texas and have since expanded throughout Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Georgia.

Currently they generate an annual revenue of $125k with ambitions to surpass $200m within the next 2 years. Also, they have partnered with a Private Equity, and as a group generate $500k with a target to hit $1bn.

Their head office is based in Dallas and they have 20 dedicated employees with over 200 field-based Projects Managers winning new business and delivery a high-quality service.
