Job Summary: Alchip Technologies is seeking a driven Sales with a robust background in System-on-Chip (SoC) sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to develop business engagements, comprehend and convey technical customer product requirements, possess excellent customer management skills, and have a proven track record in negotiating and closing major business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to promote SoC solutions.
- Collaborate closely with TPMs to align technical project delivery with customer expectations and timelines.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by tracking activities on accounts and maintaining company CRM data.
- Structure, negotiate, and close contracts for IP and Design Services business.
- Provide insights into product development based on client feedback and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to a variety of stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Economy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, specifically with System-on-Chip technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and achieve revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end chip SoC development methods (preferred).
- Experience managing hardware development teams or projects (strong plus).
- Experience with consumer, industrial, or automotive programs (strong plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to think strategically and possess a big-picture vision.
- Attention to detail.
