Requested Tasks
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to drive performance and exceed goals.
- Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and increase market share.
- Manage the hotel's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns.
Requested Capabilities
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
