We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at MPH Health. As a leading provider of healthcare management services, MPH Health is dedicated to improving the quality of patient care and optimizing operations for healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:

*Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining and building strong relationships *Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and targets *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. *Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly *Track and report on key account metrics and performance indicators
Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. *Experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare industry. *Strong communication and problem-solving skills. *Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. *Familiarity with healthcare management services and industry trends. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00 - $30.00/hour.
