Account Manager/Recruiter (Remote)

Job Summary:

Support Full Life-Cycle talent acquisition program for ELYON’s selected key Master Service Provider (MSP) accounts. Work closely with account chosen MSPs and align with their business processes, communicate with designated MSP business partners, and provide excellent customer support. This position requires that the Account Manager/Recruiter will also source.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilize MSP software application(s) to retrieve candidate requirements, communicate and track work order requirements and all pertinent information to
• ultimately submit qualified candidates.
• Assign candidate work requirements to the talent acquisition team.
• Source candidate(s) for a variety of professional positions.
• Identify and source qualified candidates leveraging recruiting tools, social media, and other passive and non-passive sources.
• Interview candidate, negotiate compensation/benefits, submit a candidate.
• Documented interview process and candidate history and communicated to MSPs any important aspects that will make candidates stand out.
• Coordinate effort with ELYON’s HR department to conduct reference checks, background checks, skill assessments, and degree verifications
• Work closely with MSPs and ELYON’s HR department to on-board selected candidates for the customer.

Other responsibilities:

• Track metrics analyze data, with the goal of always to better improve the process.
• Prepare weekly status reports submit them to management.
• Prepare monthly status update PowerPoint and submit to management for ELYON Monthly Management meeting.
