We are looking for a Building Automation Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. We are a commercial mechanical contracting company that provides Georgia business owners with smart and efficient building management solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop long-term business to business relationships with mechanical design and consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners/operators.
• Provide information to customers to define the scope and pricing for control system installations, system upgrades, and system additions and service
• Create annual business plan for your prospective market
• Participate in market industry trade groups

What You Need for this Position:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical degree
• 4+ years Building Automation sales experience
• 4+ years experience with HVAC
• Knowledge of HVAC DDC control theory and applications plus mechanical systems
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interactive skills
• Ability to work independently
• Financial selling skills or knowledge of local utility incentive/rebate programs
