Humana’s Primary Care Organization (PCO) is seeking a Senior Product Marketer to join the PCO Marketing Team working anywhere in the US. This role assists in driving prospective senior patients for our sales team members. In this role you will primarily focus on campaign project management and execution, including messaging development, direct mail production management and back and forth communication with sales team members.
Key Role Functions
High-volume project management
Plan, develop, review, and execute campaign materials and toolkits that help sales team members and agents/brokers connect with our target audience
Liaise with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organizers, internal creative agency, graphic designers, copywriters and advertising agencies) to ensure that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget
Conduct a thorough audit of existing content to identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of content and campaigns/tactics and adjust the strategy and production process accordingly.
Influence and collaborate effectively with Sales executives and their teams to develop tactics and projects that drive growth through effective sales materials including results analysis
Manage the creative process for flyers, banners, mailers, and more that our sales teams are excited to localize and use
Develop or update toolkits and guides that equip our sales teams with the right product marketing information
Write and send internal emails to sales teams to keep them abreast of important updates, changes, and new materials available for their use
Seek and apply constructive messaging feedback from business stakeholders and reviewers
Content project management, overseeing material through stages of development, review, design, and distribution
Performs research and analysis of industry and business information, marketing best practices, and campaign results to inform campaign development and decisions

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
3+ years of project management experience
Prior experience managing vendors/external advertising and media agencies
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to build and maintain a rigorous quality assurance and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing or leading projects
Experience implementing self-serve sales enablement platforms and processes
Account Management/Advertising Agency, Healthcare, financial services, or insurance experience a plus

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 - $116,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
