Digital Marketing Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- TikTok Shop & Affiliate Marketing
- Develop and manage current TikTok Shops while onboarding new shops for our additional brands. Recruit and engage affiliates to drive TikTok Shop sales.
- DTC Sales and Ad Management
- Act as the primary point of contact with our 3rd party advertising agency, strategizing, providing feedback, and approving assets that align with brand guidelines to drive growth on Google and Meta platforms.
- Social Media
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals, managing content creation and engagement across platforms.
- Ecommerce Content Direction and Approvals
- Collaborate with studio, graphics, marketing, and sales teams to create e-commerce visuals and graphics that optimize engagement and sales for all new arrivals. Maintain a cohesive brand image with creative vision and excellent communication.
- Creative, confident, self-motivated, eager to learn and ready to make an impact
- Strong e-commerce, digital marketing, and technical skills.
- Los Angeles based, in-office M-F, office located 9 miles East of downtown Los Angeles
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Branding and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience, especially in digital channels
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong multitasking skills
