Job Title: Sales Manager - Beauty/Spa Industry

Location: Redmond, WA

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our team of estheticians and beauty sales professionals.

Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of estheticians and beauty sales professionals to achieve sales targets while ensuring an enjoyable and encouraging work environment. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, maintaining high standards of customer service, and promoting our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of estheticians and beauty sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times, delivering an exceptional waxing experience to every guest.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and product availability to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
  • Budget Management: Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the beauty or spa industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,400.00 per year
