We are headquartered in Denver, CO but this position is fully remote. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing commercial accounts through the sale of insurance products and services. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, transportation and trucking, and E&S.

What You Will Be Doing:

The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the customer relationship, including marketing, policy issuance, and renewals. This role will act as the main contact point for clients and will ensure that service quality meets company standards. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying and developing client relationships through effective communication, relationship management, and market research.

What You Need For This Position:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial account management experience with a focus on transportation and trucking.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and trucking insurance markets.
• Deep familiarity with excess and surplus lines.
• Excellent relationship building skills with clients and carriers.
• Ability to negotiate and influence the best outcomes for the clients and company.
• Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, underwriting processes and legal regulations.

Benefits

Competitive Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (DOE) + commissions
