One of our Fortune 50 Partners in the Aerospace & Defense industry is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Cedar Rapids, IA. This role will be directly supporting the entire campus with delivery of IT/Computer parts at one of their key sites! Must sit onsite at the Cedar Rapids, IA location. REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year experience working as a logistics coordinator or in a stockroom/manufacturing environment
Knowledge of computer hardware and ability to identify specific components
Experience with O365 and Office Suite – Outlook, Word & Excel
Hands-on experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow is big plus!)Reading tickets, updating ticket notes, closing tickets, etc
Experience creating shipping labels and shipping out packages
Stellar customer service skills & ability to work with many different people within a day and handle escalations with ease
Must have a valid Drivers' License

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Associates Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Record appropriate data in tickets with relevant information and tracking
Deliver parts to outside buildings if the parts quantity meets pre-identified requirements for van delivery
Coordinate shipment of parts to other buildings via internal shipping options when physical delivery is not needed
Issue parts from IT stockroom, note tickets and deliver as needed
Boxing up equipment and shipping to various other sites in AMER region that are outside of Cedar Rapids
Maintain accurate shipping documents and tracking information
Create shipping labels as requested by field service technicians
Order internal shipping supplies for IT dept

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
