YOUR ROLE
- Develops and maintains strong client relationships with automotive OEM customers while meeting position objectives. Ensures Henkel solutions are specified to maintain and increase revenue targets.
- Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of segment products, applications, advantages and benefits.
- Responsible for revenue targets (top line and profit goals) as well as overall customer satisfaction. Working with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
- Develop influential network on all levels and dimensions with a focus on strategic relationship development planning to drive growth.
YOUR SKILLS
- Automotive background. Ideally 5+ year’s experience in B2B.
- Master's degree preferred - engineering, natural science, chemical engineering or industrial engineering and management.
- Expertise/understanding of automotive components, chemistry and designs.
- Proven track record in account management projects, effectively managing simultaneous workstreams and a variety of stakeholder needs.
- Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality.
- Experience in working effectively in cross-functional and international teams
- Looking for someone preferably located in Michigan, South Caroliina, Georgia or Tennessee.
- International travel will be required and expected.
- Must be open and willing to work a non-traditional schedule as you will be involved with calls that involve international schedules.
The salary for this role is $105,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
