Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Status: Full-Time Permanent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to all customers and team members. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter orders and credit notes.
  • Prepare and verify pick lists, submit to warehouse via EDI.
  • Monitor priority orders to ensure they are delivered on time and in full.
  • Invoice orders based on deliveries
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, logistics, and other departments like A/R and production.
  • Collaborate with warehouses and production planning to manage backorders.
  • Review claims from customer, investigate and log for A/R.
  • Process and analyze reports when required.
  • Provide timely support to Customer Service Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor customer performance in terms of volume and product variety, providing regular feedback on issues and opportunities.
  • Address customer inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Experience Required

  • 3 years or more of customer service experience
  • 2 years experience using ERP system, SAP Business One is a plus
  • Very good understanding of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Advance Outlook skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

  • Newmarket, ON L3Y 7B2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
