RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outstanding communication skills, engaging, enthusiastic and well organized
- Manage pre-owned vehicle inventory
- Manage the Pre-Owned vehicles reconditioning procedures, ensuring that it doesn’t exceed forecasts
- Communicate objectives to other departments, maintaining synergies and Kennedy Ford culture
- Exceptional level of business skills and acumen
- Support of sales consultants with the negotiating and closing of deals
- Assist with training and evolving all team members. Strong coaching and leadership skills are a must
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous automotive dealership experience in a Pre-Owned Sales Management role
- Ford experience is an asset
- Proven track record in assisting and managing a team of Sales Consultants while demonstrating a team mindset
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
- Valid OMVIC license

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
