Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Champion Risk & Insurance Services. The Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager will maintain a book of business through high client retention, while quoting for new business, marketing existing accounts, and managing renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market and Manage Policies: Manage a target book of business with commissions totaling $800,000 to $1,200,000, (with assistance.)
- Submission Preparation: Prepare submissions, negotiate rates, and analyze coverage to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Marketing New & Renewal Policies from the gathering information stage, creating & managing carrier submissions, negotiate rates, record marketing results , generate proposals and binding the policy.
- Marketing Results: Summarize marketing outcomes and craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to our clients.
- Policy Binding: Bind insurance policies according to company procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with producers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.
- Work closely with other team members in the office and provide training when needed.
- Agency Accounting: Understand the agency and direct bill processes including setting up of finance agreements when appropriate.
- Follow up on aged receivables. Know how to check if payments have been received and communicate with client if not.
- Client communication: Provide prompt & efficient response to client inquiries such as policy changes, cancellations, policy accounting questions and other document requests. Capitalize on account rounding and new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial lines account management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Hold an appropriate Property and Casualty Agent/Broker license in good standing
- Experience with Applied Epic preferred
